  • Lead and supervise the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards.
  • Implement safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize production.
  • Train and mentor team members for skill development.
  • Prepare reports on production metrics and performance.

المتطلبات

  • BS Industrial Engineering or any other related technical engineering course.
  • With relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Background in lean manufacturing, production planning or quality system is an advantage
  • Strong Leadership and Good at multitasking
  • Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna from Mon-Sat (8am-5pm)
