• Monitor production efficiency and implement improvements as needed
• Manage a team of production staff, providing training and guidance
• Maintain quality control processes to ensure product standards are met
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production goals and timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• At least 1 year in Supervisory position
• Experience in the printing and packaging industry is an advantage
• Strong supervisory skills and production management experience
• Knowledge in the implementation of GHP, ISO 15022:2000, ISO/TS22002-4:2018, FSSC22000 v5.1, FDA guidelines, and other related standards related to food safety preferred
• Ability to manage and adhere to production schedules and production planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
