Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Assistant Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing of sandwich panels. This role ensures smooth and efficient production operations, high-quality output, and strict compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will lead and develop the production team while continuously improving processes to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train production staff to meet targets.
• Oversee the full production process from raw materials to finished panels.
• Enforce quality control, safety, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure machine efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and production reports (output, quality, KPIs).
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Gain expertise in: machine operations, calibration, chemical mixing, production procedures, panel repairs, and loading of goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role, ideally within sandwich panel or construction materials production.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of production equipment, quality control, and safety standards.
