• Verifies and validates the operation and production of food products and waste by product in accordance with approved Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
• Lead and supervises the production of food products covering all aspects of food processing.
• Ensures the implementation of cleaning and sanitation of production line, facilities and storage areas, the maintenance of all machine and equipment in good repair, work safety of personnel and maintenance and protection of production and quality records.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in food technology or any related course

Work Experience

• Preferably with 1 year working experience in food manufacturing
