  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Manage team performance and provide training and support.
  • Implement safety and compliance standards in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and supply inventory.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years in a production supervisory role and production management gained thru manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in MS Office , ERP program, INFORLIN
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
