COSONSA MANUFACTURING, INC. is currently looking for PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNCTION:  

• Primarily responsible in supervising production (any of following production sections: 
• finishing (inc. sanding, painting and technical finish);
• quality check (inc. in-house and outsourced);
• design and product development (handles a team of CAD operators, designers, sample makers)
• its scheduling and monitoring of production items to meet production schedules on time with the right quality and at the least possible cost.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible in planning materials/requirements to ensure continuous flow of work in the production line.
• Responsible in monitoring work in process, parts and components scheduled for shipment.
• Conducts process review and checks specifications of each item.
• Develop and recommends systems and procedures that would ensure efficient flow of items.
• Responsible in organizing the first production run on new items to minimize production delays due to quality problems.
• Coordinates the activities of the production section to ensure timely completion of desired volume.
• Responsible in establishing standard man-hours and material requirements for each production operation.
• Handles a team of subordinates.

Requirements:

1. Graduate of engineering course or other related courses/ college level with experience relevant to said industry
2. 2 - 4 years working experience in production or manufacturing industry is an advantage
3. Can comprehend full-size layouts
4. Has sense of urgency
5. Willing to take responsibility
6. Can work with less Supervision 
7. Strong interpersonal skills
8. Can do multitasking
9. Efficient personnel relation skills
