Position: Production Supervisor

Industry: Ink Manufacturing

Location: FPIP, Tanauan, Batangas

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: Php 28,000 - Php 30,000 gross

Work Setup: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the production floor and ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Manage and guide production teams, ensuring they meet production targets and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are adhered to at all times.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
