The Production Staff supports daily production operations by operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring product quality, and following safety and company standards to achieve efficient and timely production.

Tasks:

• Assist in daily production activities according to work schedules
• Operate, monitor, and clean production equipment and tools
• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures at all times
• Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Meet production targets while ensuring quality standards
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate or equivalent
• With or without prior production/manufacturing experience
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, or extended hours if needed
• Can work well independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
