Ensure that food safety policies are always observed inside the production area.
Maintain cleanliness of production area.
Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO is observed in the usage of raw materials.
Receiving of raw and packaging materials from warehouse
Inspection and labelling of packaging materials.
Monitoring of the production process.
Weighing and addition of wax during production.
Filling of finished product into packaging.
Assist QC staffs in inspection of finished goods.
Report any machinery issues to management
Turnover finished goods to warehouse
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all written and verbal instructions
Attend all safety and production training
Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality

2+ years’ experience working in food production is strongly preferred
Flexible schedule and willingness to work
Must be available for nights and weekends/occasional overtime
Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills
Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Work on the production with consistent speed and accuracy
Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and labeling
Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
Work cooperatively with the production team to meet goals
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends
