- Perform assigned production tasks efficiently in accordance with work instructions and production schedules
- Operate machinery, tools, and equipment safely and correctly
- Ensure products meet quality standards and report defects or irregularities immediately
- Follow company policies, safety rules, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area (5S compliance)
- Meet daily production targets and output requirements
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for dispatch
- Record production output, downtime, and material usage accurately
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Team Leader or Supervisor
- Support teamwork and coordinate with co-workers to ensure smooth production flow
- Participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Comply with attendance, punctuality, and proper work conduct requirements
