الوصف

  • Prepares equipment for the execution of printing job assignments.
  • Prepares all pre-press materials necessary for the job design before actual printing commences.
  • Makes necessary material requests from Storeroom for each specific job and return all excess or leftover after each run.
  • Implements equipment cleaning and wash up in accordance with approved timeframe and procedure.
  • Notifies and coordinates with engineering personnel for irregularities of assigned printing line.
  • Keeps operation records for all printing jobs and submits required reports.
  • Implements proper collection and segregation of used solvents, contaminated water and other solid wastes for proper disposal.
  • Monitors print registration, color clarity and quality for each print design and make sure that it is within the limits and approved standards.
  • Ensures that metal substrate has gone thru quality and quantity check before each job run.
  • Ensures printing materials used are the correct specs required for the job.
  • Monitors and controls material consumption for each run and ensures that it is within established limits.
  • Makes necessary adjustment/corrections for any misregistration, off standard color and quality problem before proceeding with the job run.


المتطلبات

  • At least High School Graduate
  • 2 years experience as Press Operator in Metal Printing Operation
  • Fast learner and detail-oriented
  • Willing to render overtime and shifting schedule
  • Hardworking and mature
  • Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite
  • Preferably a resident of Carmona, Cavite or nearby towns
  • Above average compensation package upon regularization
  • Salary is negotiable
