DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and maintain the right amount of materials for operations.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuing of materials.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled and organized.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
• Track material usage and report any discrepancies.
• Keep records of stock movements and transactions.
• Prepare and submit material-related reports.
• Ensure all material transactions are documented correctly.
• Create material reconciliation forms as needed.
• Work with the team to ensure timely material availability.
• Communicate material shortages or needs to relevant departments.
• Inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations in material handling.
• Address any material issues or discrepancies and resolve them.
• Use material management systems to track inventory and transactions.
• Keep material records up-to-date in the system.
• Suggest improvements to material handling and inventory processes.
• Work with management to reduce costs and improve material flow.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or College level.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in material control, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Experience with ERP or material management software is preferred.
• Physically fit and can lift 15-20kg of stock materials.
• Can start ASAP.
