  • Oversee the management of raw materials and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust material orders accordingly.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
  • Analyze material usage and forecast future needs.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams for efficiency improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.
  • Oversee the entire production control process, including material planning, inventory control, and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure materials and resources are available on time.
  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in materials control or production management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong project leadership, expertise in system design, project and operations management. Proficient in quality standards and inventory control.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily in a manufacturing environment, may involve extended hours and teamwork.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive team player, effective communicator, and adept problem-solver.
