  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, knowledge of networking, and strong communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in IT support tasks, manage help desk queries, and maintain system documentation.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with flexible hours; may require on-call support.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
