1. Responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of a decentralized perpetual contracts product, including requirements analysis, product roadmap development, UI/UX collaboration, launch facilitation, and iterative optimization.

2. Deeply understand the DeFi derivatives market (e.g., GMX, Drift, dYdX), defining product differentiation and prioritizing core features.

3. Collaborate with the development team to establish feature implementation roadmaps, ensuring core module development completion within 5–6 weeks and product launch within 2 months.

4. Define key economic mechanisms and risk-control logic, such as AMM pricing models, margin systems, liquidation rules, and funding fee structures.

5. Work with smart contract and backend teams to design data interfaces, on-chain/off-chain interaction flows, and optimize user experience.

Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of DeFi product experience, with hands-on background in perpetual contracts, leveraged trading, or AMM-based products.

2. Familiar with leading decentralized perpetual protocols (e.g., GMX, Drift, Synthetix) and centralized exchanges (e.g., Bybit, Binance), including product logic and risk-control mechanisms.

3. Strong financial acumen and on-chain technical understanding, capable of effectively communicating with developers on contract implementation and system architecture.

4. Prior experience leading DeFi product launches from zero to one is a plus; able to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
