• Obsession with user needs – experience with user research, feedback analysis, and metrics-driven iteration
• Experience with agile development, roadmap prioritization, and cross-functional leadership
• Clear written/presentation skills for PRDs, strategy docs, and roadmap updates
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in AI or tech.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for AI and a deep understanding of user needs.
