Job Summary

• The Producer role has to help develop, maintain, and manage the IP - Digital/Film/TV unit for the Company. The Producer works in a small and lean team to oversee and assist in managing production budgets and see to each IP projects’ logistical needs. This role requires the individual to be resourceful, creative, and a marketeer.

Core Functions

• Manage and assist in the development of Film/TV pipeline
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate content ideas and stay on top of trends across different verticals
• Assist and independently handle P&L for a number projects in the weekly slate
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders like production companies, content platforms, film distributors & sales agents etc.
• Negotiate contract terms
• Help conduct business meetings and generate leads for potential clients.
• Conduct sales pitches to prospective brands & partners.
• Understand media sales and able to partner with Agency team to plan for sponsorship/brand participation
• Assist in back-end and mid-end work including but not limited to assisting invoicing, liquidating, and creating contracts
• Coordinate relationships with external production vendors
• Co-Lead and direct design team to create IP-related assets
• Manage cross-functional communication with management and other teams
• Oversee planning, executing and finalizing assigned projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Create Presentation Decks
• Track and understand revenue and distribution, other industry data
• Ensure all projects are delivered efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned occasionally

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably a mix) in Line Production, Production Management, Story/Creative Development, Business Development, Sales & Marketing
• Has an existing network in the film/tv and digital space, including but not limited to media networks, content platforms, creatives, and other brands, etc.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, understanding how to use Sheets, Slides, and Docs
• Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies for content, particularly Film/TV and digital media
