Analyze operational and financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements in manufacturing and support departments.
Conduct time and motion studies to support financial efficiency and productivity analysis.
Collaborate with finance and production teams to evaluate performance metrics and prepare financial models.
Assist in variance analysis of production costs, overhead, and labor productivity.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Six Sigma and Lean Sigma methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions: Primarily office environment with potential exposure to manufacturing settings.
