• Assist guests at the pool and beach areas, ensuring a pleasant and safe experience.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of poolside and beach areas.
• Provide information on available services and amenities.
• Enforce pool and beach rules to ensure guest safety.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to providing excellent guest service.
• Working Conditions: Ability to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
• Preferably Male with 2 years experience in hotel industry with CPR certificate and Lifeguard certificate.
