Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, or other issues
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing codes
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Respond to service calls and emergency repairs as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
• Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, or property managers

Qualifications:

• Must have know-how in basic plumbing, building-related structural concerns, electrical trouble-shooting, etc.
• Must report Mon-Sat. On-call for emergencies (with dorm room to stay at basement).
• Good moral character, polite, pleasant personality
