Accurately pick and assemble customer orders from stock, ensuring the correct quantity and items are selected.
Use handheld scanners, RF devices, or manual order forms to identify the correct products.
Organize orders efficiently to prepare for packing and shipment, ensuring all items are properly accounted for.
Ensure products are correctly stocked and organized within the warehouse, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
Monitor stock and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or low stock to the supervisor.
Assist in periodic inventory counts to verify product availability and accuracy.
Ensure that items are properly packaged and labeled in accordance with shipping guidelines.
Verify the order information and address any errors or discrepancies before shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace during packing processes.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Use protective equipment (e.g., gloves, safety shoes) and handle items safely to prevent accidents.
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
Meet or exceed daily picking targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Work efficiently with minimal supervision, adhering to set deadlines and schedules.
Adapt to changes in workload or priority orders, maintaining productivity under varying demands
