• Review and validate clinical data, medical records, and patient charts.
• Support healthcare claims processing, including prior authorizations, utilization management, or case management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise in medications, treatments, and healthcare protocols.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely reporting of cases and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Active RPh (Registered Pharmacist) or PHRN license.
• At least 1 year of BPO Clinical / Healthcare experience or 1 year of Bedside / Hospital Experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and healthcare workflows.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict timelines.
