We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a healthcare background, particularly someone with a BS Nursing degree and an active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license, to provide exceptional support in a healthcare setting. As a CSR, you will serve as a bridge between patients, healthcare providers, and our team, ensuring smooth and efficient communication and patient experience.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of direct patient care experience in a hospital, school, clinic, or similar healthcare environment. This role requires an empathetic and professional approach to assist patients with their healthcare-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries about healthcare services, appointments, and related information. Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between the patient and healthcare team to address and resolve concerns or problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. Ensure that all patient details are accurately recorded in the system.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions, inquiries, and concerns to ensure proper follow-up and continuity of care.
• Patient Education: Provide basic healthcare information to patients, answering questions within the scope of practice, and redirecting them to appropriate healthcare providers if necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure that all interactions with patients comply with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are addressed efficiently and correctly.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) with an active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• Experience:
• At least 1 year of direct patient care experience in a hospital or as a nurse in a company, school, or clinic.
• Experience working as a volunteer nurse, private duty nurse, aesthetic nurse, dental nurse, or EMT will not be considered.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and empathy in patient interactions.
• Ability to work onsite and manage various customer service scenarios effectively.
• Other Requirements:
• Available ASAP
• No ongoing/pending NCLEX application
• Must be willing to work onsite.
