الوصف
- Conducts Competency Assessment and Training Needs Analysis of all employees
- Assists in the preparation and execution of the Annual Training Plan for both in-house and local trainings
- In-charge of the conceptualization, creation and monitoring of the Training Library
- Designs and conducts webinar-ready materials, and evaluates effectiveness of the training programs
- Brings available training programs into the virtual platform
- Creates bite-sized training materials that can be accessed by employees through the Training Library
- Identifies prerequisite training programs according to GBPI’s curriculum design
- Assists in the continual development of members of the Trainer’s Circle
- Provides support services to HR programs/ activities and Corporate activities, as needed
- Provides support in checking of Employee’s Performance Appraisal – Work Attitude and Committee Involvement ratings
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time after an appropriate training has been given
- Knowledge in competency-based training
- Proficient in computer applications
- Should be able to perform task in compliance to quality and food safety standards (e.g. ISO 9001, HACCP, cGMP, HALAL)
المتطلبات
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree
- Has experience in Learning Management System
- Has experience in designing training modules
- Has experience in using Canva and animation tools such as Vyond
- Has experience in Training Needs Analysis
- Knowledgeable in Competency-based training
- Confident and willing to be trained
- Willing to work onsite and in Binan, Laguna
