Job description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compounds and dispenses medications and other medical supplies to both in and out-patients using standard physical and chemical procedures;
• Studies and fills up written prescriptions issued by physicians;
• Maintain an updated medication profile of each patient for an easier detection of possible wrong dispensing and adverse drug reaction (ADR), as well as to minimize or prevent double request;
• Keeps a complete record of Dangerous/ Regulated and Exempt preparation drugs done per shift;
• Performs other related work as may from time to time be assigned by the Chief of the department.

Educational requirements:

• Graduate of BS Pharmacy.
• Certified by the Professional Regulation Commission.

Work Experience:

• With at least 6 months to 1 year

Working Conditions

• Rotating shifts as well as holiday , work during inclement weather and on call will be required
