HR Payroll Officer

The Payroll Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, compliance with government regulations, and proper maintenance of employee records. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a solid understanding of payroll systems and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and validate monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in computation of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
• Prepare and submit government reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and other related remittances.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, attendance, and leave.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on salary adjustments, incentives, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in payroll administration or related functions.
• Proficient in using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of government-mandated benefits and tax computation.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Onsite in Makati City
