Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts.
Follow recipes and maintain high-quality standards.

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school graduation preferred.
Experience Level: Minimum 2 years in a bakery or pastry setting.
Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, flexibility, strong customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and bake pastries, maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and manage inventory.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment; may require late hours and weekends.
Qualities and Traits: Creativity, teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for baking.
