  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread items.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop new recipes and improve existing ones.

  • Assist in training junior bakers and kitchen staff.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Baking, Pastry Arts, or Culinary Arts.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a bakery or restaurant setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and adaptability to varying tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for long hours standing and working with heat.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, teamwork, and a passion for baking.
