  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks across facilities.
  • Fix plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
  • Install fixtures and appliances as needed.
  • Respond to service requests and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
  • Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with management and clients.

المتطلبات

  • Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Worker, or in a similar role.
  • Skilled in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs.
  • Ability to operate power tools and other maintenance equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting and labor-intensive tasks.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and respond to urgent requests.
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus
