Elevate Support Care is seeking a Multimedia Content Strategist who can serve as our visual architect. This isn't a role for a "task-taker," but for a creator who understands the Statecraft of Language and Visuals. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production

of media that builds trust, drives engagement, and elevates our brand presence

across all digital platforms.

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

• Strategic Production: Map out visual narratives for marketing campaigns from ideation to final delivery.
• Dynamic Video Editing: Create high-impact video content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring a balance between "jolly" engagement and professional authority.
• Remote Creative Direction: Provide guidance to field staff on capturing high-quality raw footage to ensure brand consistency.
• Post-Production Excellence: Manage color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling to a world-class standard.
• Asset Management: Maintain an organized digital library of all raw and finished brand assets.
• Outcome Optimization: Analyze content performance and pivot creative strategies to meet marketing KPIs.

II. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or DaVinci Resolve or the likes.
• AI Integration: Ability to utilize 2026 AI tools (AI voice-over, automated captions, generative B-roll) to maximize efficiency.
• Hardware: Must possess a dedicated remote setup capable of handling high-resolution video rendering.
• Social Fluency: Deep understanding of current trends, rhythmic editing styles, and platform-specific algorithms
