Our Marketing and Creative teams are responsible for developing and delivering exceptional and beautiful creative and content to consumers on behalf of the client's brand clients; as well as articulating the client's value proposition to the CPG brand market.

What you will doing:

• Oversee and organize aspects of the Content Team's workflow, from inception to execution, including:
• Creating and managing timelines/milestones
• Reviewing content requests to ensure the content team has everything needed to kick-start a project
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
• Managing workload resourcing/allocation for copywriters and designers
• Quality assurance checks on content deliverables
• Schedule creative review meetings
• Prepare and deliver status updates t all content and cross-functional tream members
• Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Other duties as needed

• Attention to detail and clear expectation setter
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and project management system
• Bonus if candidate has familiarity with eCommerce contect systems, Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Ideal candidates will have experience with project management system such as Clickup
• Good English Communication and written skills
