- Manage daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Maintain accurate financial records and files.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in basic bookkeeping, financial reporting, invoice processing, office organization, data entry, and customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial transactions, prepare reports, process invoices, maintain organized office records, and assist customers.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, strong communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
