الوصف

  • Welcomed and Assist customers and provide helpful insights about our arcade games and the latest promotions.
  • Keep an eye on the arcade floor to ensure all machines are running smoothly; take care of basic maintenance tasks like refilling ticket rolls and clearing any jammed tokens or tickets.
  • Report Major mechanical issues to the Arcadde Tech or the management
  • Keep the Arcade area clean by wiping down machines.
  • Make sure that Guests Adhere to arcade rules and safety policies, stepping in calmly and professionally if any issues come up.
  • Get involved in special events or promotions happening in the arcade.
  • Assist customers, answer inquiries, and support team activities.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, extensive game knowledge, excellent communication abilities, and effective teamwork.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment and can work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Highly adaptable, organized, and flexible to changing tasks.
