Lead Management Specialist

Position Overview

The Lead Management Specialist owns the full lead lifecycle — from first contact through qualification to handoff — serving as the critical link between marketing and sales. This role ensures every lead is engaged quickly, qualified accurately, and routed to the right person at the right time.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify incoming leads across multiple channels (phone, email)
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records in Salesforce CRM
• Schedule and coordinate sales appointments between prospects and the quotation team
• Execute lead nurturing campaigns, including timely follow-up communications
• Run targeted email outreach campaigns using Huntier
• Manage the customer review solicitation and response program
• Support marketing team initiatives (campaign execution, content coordination, etc.)
• Generate regular reports on lead status and conversion metrics
• Meet defined lead response time standards
• Handle ad hoc project coordination and client/internal calls (via RingCentral) as needed

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
• Experience with RingCentral or similar VoIP/call management platforms
• Experience with email marketing tools (Huntier or similar platforms)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills; comfortable multitasking
• Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
