- Perform general maintenance and repairs in a hotel environment
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working order
- Assist in coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:1–3 years of experience in maintenance or handyman role
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Qualities and Traits:Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Working Conditions:Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
