  • Ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Provide legal advice to management and staff
  • Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary
  • Assist in training employees on compliance matters


المتطلبات

  • Compliance Officer/Legal Officer
  • Qualification: Graduate of Legal Management or Law, underboard may apply but bar passers are preferred.
  • Experience in the field of Labor Relations, Employee Discipline, Corporate Law, Contracts, biddings and Compliance to government requirements and Data Privacy are needed.
  • Willing to travel to project sites, can relate with government agencies. Has good background on audit.
  • Salary Range : 30k-40k depending on qualification
  • Location: Manila Office but may need to travel to project sites for compliance check and audit
  • Work Schedule : Mondays to Saturdays 8am to 5pm
