JOB SUMMARY

 We are seeking a skilled and proactive Dynamics Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (or other Dynamics platforms), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Development: Design, develop, and customize Dynamics applications using Power Platform, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
• System Integration: Integrate Dynamics with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Customization & Configuration: Configure entities, workflows, plugins, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release notes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Upgrades & Maintenance: Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics development (Dynamics 365, CRM, AX, NAV, or Business Central).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and SQL.
• Experience with Azure services and DevOps tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
