We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mid-Level Application Support Analyst to join our IT support team. This role is responsible for providing technical support, incident management, troubleshooting, and maintenance for business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and experience working within ITIL or similar support frameworks.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Application Support or a similar technical role.
• Strong proficiency in relational databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• Solid experience in writing and executing technical scripts manually for application maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable in stored procedures, database joins, RDBMS concepts, and structured database management.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
