الوصف

  • Provide technical support to staff, focusing on hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of network systems
  • Keep track of IT support requests and solutions
  • Help implement new technologies and upgrades
  • Support the IT team and collaborate on system and network improvements
  • Provide basic IT training and guidance to users

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Knowledge of hardware components (PCs, printers, network devices)
  • Experience troubleshooting technical problems
  • Good communication skills and a helpful, service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on new technologies
