Writes and edits various technical documents, including manuals, deployment procedures, help guides, and FAQs.
Works closely with department heads, administrators, and specialists to gather information and understand the tool and platform functionalities.
Translates complex technical information into clear, concise, and accurate documents for technical and non-technical users.
Creates diagrams, screenshots, and visuals to complement and clarify technical documentation
Maintains and updates existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
Ensures consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all documentation
Works with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of documentation projects aligned with system releases
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Has bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related fields.
With 1-2 years of experience in Technical Writing or any related experience
Proficient in organizing, maintaining, and managing technical documentation and content.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Extensive experience in drafting and editing user manuals, guides, release notes, and other technical documents.
Has ability to create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids to complement technical documentation.
