Willing to do Field Work.
know how to drive a motorcycle.
Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and interviewing candidates.
Support employee onboarding and training initiatives.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and programs.
Conduct research on HR policies and best practices.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Human Resources or a related field is required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR/administrative roles/ Office/ Admin/ Coordinator/ Team Leader.
Know how to Drive Motorcycle.
Skills and Competencies: Strong computer literacy, excellent leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, support employee onboarding, and maintain HR records.
Working Conditions: Office environment with typical working hours; some flexibility may be required.
Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
