الوصف

  • Design and implement online and offline user engagement activities to enhance user participation and platform retention.
  • Develop customized promotions, rewards, and interactive campaigns based on user behavior and market trends.
  • Analyze user data to identify inactive users and implement targeted re-engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with product and tech teams to optimize user activation and retention processes.
  • Track campaign performance and continuously refine engagement strategies based on data insights.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to adjust retention strategies and maximize impact.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in user operations, engagement strategies, or event planning in online platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in data tracking and analysis tools.
  • Creative and proactive, capable of independently driving initiatives and improving user experience.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry is highly preferred.
  • On-site work is required after becoming a permanent employee.
