  • Serve as the liaison between the company and franchisees.
  • Monitor franchisee compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
  • Provide support and training to new and existing franchisees.
  • Address franchisee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and field visits.
  • Work with internal departments (marketing, finance, operations) to support franchisees.
  • Assist in onboarding and opening of new franchise locations.
