  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Analyze performance metrics and initiate improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities to enhance processes.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

المتطلبات

  • The ability to communicate in any of the following Chinese dialects — Cantonese, Mandarin, or Hokkien — as well as in English or Tagalog is required.— as well as in English or Tagalog is required.
  • Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in human resources or cooperative management is a plus
