• Oversee daily operational activities across departments
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals
• Manage budgets and resource allocation
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With CSP holder and BOSH training

• With valid SO License & Driver's License

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any course

• Updated 201 files w/ local requirements & social benefit numbers

• With at least 3-5 years experience as Operations Officer or related field

• Computer literate

• Has strong communication skills

• Knowledgeable in Security Management, Security Risk & Assessment, Security Survey and Security Investigation

• Can handle multiple accounts in NCR and South Luzon areas.

• Physically & mentally fit

• Can handle stressful situations and problem solving skills

• With 4-wheel and motorcycle driving skills
