• Graduate of any 4 years business related course
• With at least 5 years of relevant experience
• With knowledge in facilities operations, preventive maintenance, experienced in vendor coordination, safety compliance, and project execution within commercial or industrial environments
• With technical knowledge of building systems and familiarity with safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong communication skills by collaborating seamlessly with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to support efficient operations and timely maintenance.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities to ensure optimal performance and early detection of potential issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with company safety protocols and regulatory standards by conducting regular safety audits and implementing timely corrective actions.
• Facilitates effective vendor management by actively participating in vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
