• Secure the accuracy of inventory, monitor product issuances (FEFO) and receiving, and ensure that inventories in SAP are always updated.
• Directly report to the Operations Manager.

Duties

• For satellite warehouses, prepare product pick lists and send requests to the Inventory Control Analyst (ICA) of the Storage Services Provider using the Pick and Pack module in SAP, including products for withdrawal as coordinated by Singalong Operations for processing.
• Handle product replenishment in the Singalong warehouse and ensure that Singalong Storage is maximized.
• Maintain proper documentation of product movements in public cold storages.
• Handle withdrawal requests and withdrawal documents from public storage.
• Process goods issues, packaging, raw materials, and customer samples from SAP.
• Document incoming products from public cold storage.
• Oversee movement of products from one pallet to another, including identification and tally of specific pallets and their contents.
• Coordinate with the ICA or encoder of the storage provider on all products to be transferred from Singalong; email necessary documents and countercheck that products are received with correct quantities, batches, and item codes.
• Countercheck that products being taken out of storage (quantity, batches, item codes) match what should be encoded in SAP.
• Prepare Delivery Receipts (DR) with correct product, quantity, and batch, ensuring they match the Sales Order (SO) and picklist from order pickers.
• Check and prepare reports after receiving incoming cargoes; forward these to Purchasing and Accounting for verification. Prepare draft GRPO after receiving; Accounting will encode in SAP.
• Request regular product cycle counts from the service provider and Warehouseman of Singalong.
• Prepare reports requested by the Operations Manager or PPIC Manager.
• Organize and maintain files for the Operations Department.
• Encode pre-count inventory in Singalong as a reference for physical count.
• Request inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Provide timely feedback to the Customer Relations Department regarding out-of-stock items.
• Perform other assignments as given from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
