  • The Document Controller manages the flow of documents within the Quantity Survey and Cost Management Division. They ensure all documents are properly recorded, shared, and stored on time. The role also includes administrative tasks like preparing reports, handling correspondence, and keeping filing systems organized to support the division’s operations and compliance

المتطلبات

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Open to fresh graduates with a degree in Business Administration or related courses
