• Identifies service gaps and establishes programs to address the gaps

• Assist in driving the customer loyalty strategy of the platform and ensuring every agent have a strong education on desired programs

Requirements:

• 2 years in College or Bachelor's Degree holder

• 1 to 2 years’ experience as CSR (Chat/Call Support).

• Good communication, reading comprehension and problem-solving skills.

• Must be willing to work onsite, 5 days a week, shifting schedule and holidays.
