الوصف
- Provide day-to-day application support for CRM Creatio at customer site
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues and liaise with internal/external development teams for resolution
- Document and analyze issues to identify root causes and recurring trends
- Deliver basic user training and support documentation when needed
- Act as the communication bridge between end users and the technical team
- Regularly provide report for ticket statuses and resolution in reviews and meetings
المتطلبات
- Bachelor Degree in Information System/Information Technology
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in the same role
- Experience C# dan .NET Framework / .NET Core
- Experience with any CRM-related low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Creatio, Salesforce, PowerApps, OutSystems, etc.) is a strong plus
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to dynamic environments
- Prior experience in an application support or customer-facing technical role is preferred
- Analytical Thinking, Decision-Making, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Documentation Skills, Clear Communication, Troubleshooting Skills, Customer Service Orientation
